We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with the tags attached.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 working days after the product is received at our warehouse.

What is the perfect care guide?

Wash at a low temperature, maximum 30°C, or use a cold wash. Lower temperatures help reduce the risk of shrinkage and color fading.
Always wash with similar colors and turn garments inside out.

Can I open the package and try on items upon delivery?

Our shipping company does not allow packages to be opened before delivery is completed.
You can request an exchange or return by filling out the returns and exchanges form after receiving your order.
Shipping fees are included.
