Shipping policy

  • All orders are sealed before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • IMPORTANT: The shipping company is not allowed to open your package at any time during delivery.
  • Unfortunately, opening packages is not allowed before delivery is completed. 

    However, you can exchange or return items by filling out the returns & exchanges form after receiving.
    (Shipping Fees Included).

  • Customers must accept the sealed package as it is upon delivery.
  • If there are sizing issues or any defects, customers can easily return or exchange the item after receiving the package by filling out the returns & exchanges form.
